Visitor Guidelines

Effective Friday, September 10th:

1 Designated visitor permitted throughout entire patient stay.
Designated visitor may visit daily between the hours of 3pm - 8pm.

All visitors must:
– Wear a mask
– Complete a temperature check
– Answer a set of screening questions


For the safety and well-being of patients, visitors, support persons and healthcare professionals, visitors will be required to go through both temperature and symptom screening upon entering the facility. 

Visitors are limited to visiting non-COVID patients only:

  • All scheduled visitors must be 18 years of age or older.
  • One designated visitor or support person will be permitted per patient during entire patient stay. Visitor to be identified upon patient admission.       
  • All visitors will be required to wear face coverings and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (masks provided if needed).

As we slowly reopen our facility to visitors, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 cases throughout the local county and state and extend our hours at the facility’s discretion. 

Once in the hospital or facility, visitor shall remain in the patient’s room as much possible throughout the visit, except when directed by hospital or facility staff to leave during family training sessions.
